1. Booking fees are non refundable

2. In the event of cancellation we require at least four months notice in writing or email. Failure to comply with this agreement will hold you liable for the full balance

3. Full balance payable 14 days before the booking date

4. Our Total Liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid by the client up to the date of the booking

5. All photographic images are the property of Genesis Photographers Ltd

6. We have the right to withdraw any image from our Online Gallery

7. Wedding album order must be recieved within 3 months from the date of wedding. Late orders may incur a surcharge if there is any increase in costs
